Francesco Perlini is the Head of Financial Operations at the World Trade Organization in Geneva with 15+ years of experience in both the Private Sector and Multilateral International Organizations.
His interests and expertise focus on Finance, Sustainable Development, and Innovative technologies. In 2021, Francesco graduated in the Harvard’s Master in Global Development Practice and Sustainability and Graduated to expand his expertise in these three pillars that represent also crucial themes for the WTO agenda on Sustainable Development Goals.
As a Sustainability Strategist in Construction Sector with MBA in University of St. Gallen and Sustainability MA in Copenhagen Business School, Ashuhan has worked on shaping the Sustainability Strategy for Global Energy and Industry Business of Hilti and finally settling in her recent role focusing on Customer Sustainability responsible for strategic positioning and marketing activities.
Working closely with customers, Ashuhan has developed the understanding on customer pain points and focuses on developing solutions for sustainability goals of the owners.
Lorenza Biasin, Customer Experience Manager at Marcolin (a leading eyewear company) is the leader of a global CX transformation plan, with the mission to build a culture of Customer Centricity in the organisation and the responsibility to design and deliver superior and distinctive customer journeys.
Valentina Incerti, with a long experience at DHL Express Italy, is now Customer Experience Manager. She manages processes and follows projects for the transformation of the Customer Experience in an omnichannel perspective with the aim of combining physical and digital channels to offer the smoothest possible customer-business interaction.
Michelle is in charge of the customer experience management and frontend development of the lending platform key4 by UBS, the first fully agile division within UBS Switzerland Ag. Together with the team, Michelle is responsible for the journey mapping and development of the user experience across any digital and physical touchpoints part of the journey.
With a solid background in Marketing and Communication acquired in multinationals belonging to the tobacco industry, she joined Bataillard AG approx. 2 years ago, where she is Head of Digital Transformation, following both B2B and B2C projects.
